Commuter’s Lounge – Burhan Academy

To better support those traveling from a distance or in need of a workspace, Burhan Academy is excited to introduce a Parent Accommodation Plan. This plan grants parents access to designated areas in the Imam Abu Hanifa Center (formerly known as the Rider Center) building during school hours for work purposes. Please note that only one parent per child is eligible for this privilege, and it is limited to parents of paid, enrolled students. A refundable deposit of $100 will be required upon signup. This deposit will be returned upon your child's graduation or withdrawal from the school.

To apply for access to the Commuters Lounge at Burhan Academy, please read and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility - Access to the Commuters Lounge is limited to parents of paid, enrolled students only. No guests or children allowed in the lounge. Only one parent per child is eligible for this privilege.

2. Lounge Access - The Commuter’s Lounge is available only during Burhan Academy's school days, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The following areas are accessible: 4th Floor Lounge Area (locker area), 4th Floor Conference Room (for food, drinks, lunch, and calls) and 4th Floor Corner Office (designated as a musalla). Non-accessible areas - The library and all other spaces in the building are off-limits.

3. Deposit - A refundable deposit of $100 is required upon signup. This deposit will be returned upon the child's graduation or withdrawal from the Academy.

4. Usage Restrictions - No food or drinks are allowed in the common area or musalla. Unauthorized access to restricted areas will result in the revocation of building privileges.

5. Termination - Burhan Academy reserves the right to terminate access to the Commuters Lounge if it is determined by the board that it no longer serves its intended purpose.
